Thank you for your patience during our 12/16-12/17 maintenance window. The Capital Aggregates Portal is back up and ready to accept payments. In addition, we have added two new features: an Invoice History report to view paid invoices over the past 18 months, and you can now view Pending Tickets in the Tickets section of the portal. Note that any PDFs generated for pending tickets will have a "Pending" watermark across them until they are finalized and invoiced.
